Cutting
According to technical drawings and production requirements, we perform high-precision cutting on high-quality steel plates and profiles using CNC cutting equipment. Strict dimensional tolerance control ensures accurate blanking, laying a solid foundation for subsequent welding and machining.
Welding
Professional welding and assembly are carried out on the cut structural parts. Adopting mature welding technology and high-standard welding materials, we conduct high-strength welding on key stressed components such as the frame, body and slider, while strictly controlling welding deformation to ensure excellent rigidity and structural stability.
Polishing
After welding, all structural parts undergo surface polishing, weld seam treatment and stress relieving treatment. This process effectively eliminates internal stress, reduces deformation during machining and long-term operation, and greatly improves the durability and accuracy retention of the machine.
Processing
Key components including the machine body, worktable and slider are processed by CNC milling, boring, grinding and other precision machining methods. We strictly control form and position tolerances such as flatness, parallelism and perpendicularity to guarantee the core machining accuracy of the bending machine.
Painting
The semi-finished body goes through rust removal, cleaning, primer coating and topcoat spraying with industrial-grade anti-corrosion and high-adhesion paint. It improves the appearance quality while providing excellent protection against rust, scratches and oil contamination, extending service life in complex working conditions.
Assembly
We carry out systematic assembly of the hydraulic system, electrical system, CNC system, molds and related parts. Professional technicians complete oil circuit connection, wiring layout, component positioning and overall commissioning. Pressure, stroke, bending angle and repeated positioning accuracy are tested one by one. Only qualified products are allowed to leave the factory.
